I find that it is so easy to get focused on what is not working or what I don’t have. This video is a good reminder to me to be grateful for what I do have because I really do have so much.

A quote that I like.
There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And, if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost. —Martha Graham
Gentle Reminder
Just as a gentle reminder to myself and for those that think we are put on this earth to live perfect lives and to be perfect – WE ARE HERE TO SCREW UP and TO LEARN.
I want to…but HOW do I…
You may have noticed the “how” question popping up just after you’ve unearthed a desire or a dream. Your internal dialogue may go something like this — “My dream is to own a retreat, but HOW will I ever make enough money?” Or, “I would love to run a children’s program but HOW will I find the time?” This “how”…

Response: Wisdom traditions tell us that the way to manifest our desires is to desire and then let go of it and…
All I want to do is …
Our egos want our dharma/life’s purpose/career to be elaborate, make oodles of money and gain us recognition and fame. But I have found that the work that has been the most meaningful and fulfilling to me has been quite simple, has come with ease, seems ordinary and, at the time, did not present with any potential to yield money or fame. Is…
